Looking for gluten-free? 

None of our regular menu items are gluten-free. For a low-gluten bread option, try our pavé loaf (the 96-hour fermentation process makes it easier to digest).

What about vegan options? 

All of our bread is naturally vegan. We do not offer vegan viennoiseries.
